Larson Hart & Shepherd, PLLC

Seattle Business Lawyers and Litigation Attorneys

At Larson Hart & Shepherd, our goal is to simplify your complex legal issues and find solutions that work for you. You can count on us to give your legal concerns the individual attention, responsiveness, and personal touch you have a right to expect from legal professionals.

Our attorneys combine decades of experience with success in a wide range of practice areas, including civil litigation, business law, commercial and banking law, estate and succession planning, real estate, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, and employment law.

We strive to bring a practical, creative, ethical, and results-oriented approach to the practice of law, while keeping firmly in mind our clients’ needs and goals. We take it as a good sign that our business thrives as result of frequent client and attorney referrals.

Our location, in the heart of downtown Seattle, WA, allows us to continue a tradition of community leadership and volunteer service. In 1998, only a year after forming, LHS was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the 15th Annual Mayor’s Small Business Association. In 2002, LHS was honored as the first Seattle law firm to receive the Helen Geisness Award for “exemplary and distinguished” work on behalf of the King County Bar Association and its numerous public service programs.

Larson Hart & Shepherd was formed in 1997 by Kenneth Hart, Mike Larson, and Mark Shepherd, who were colleagues at an established larger firm willing to test their mettle as entrepreneurs. Christopher Thayer joined the firm in 1998 and is now the firm’s fourth partner. They are supported by a highly capable support team: Shannon Bachmann, Rosa Gallagher, Melissa Macdonald, and Tara Peterson.
