Representative Cases:

  • $100,000 uninsured motorist limits plus $300,000 settlement against insurer for tavern that served uninsured drunk driver who caused a triple fatality accident. Client was one of two survivors of the accident. Five families made wrongful death and/or injury claims against the $500,000 policy limits tendered by the tavern's carrier. Through mediation to allocate the limits tender among the five families, 60% of the total was secured for eighteen year old client who had all but two major bones in her body broken in the accident.
